第一句话应该没问题bookkeeping就是记transaction journals的.接受票据,然后记账.
个人认为问题出现在第二部分treasurer应该归属于finance department,主要职责是cash management, interest rate management, risk management等,类似于资金管理,融资等方面的.
bank reconciliation是指公司的财务报表的银行借贷或者存款,应该和银行记录的数据一致.但是可能由于时间问题（如开出的支票还没折现）或者记录错误,那么就需要一个bank reconciliation来调平.我觉得这个应该是accountant的职责,归属于报表类的.（注意：在美国,bookkeeper和accountant完全是两个职位）
