As one of the important problems in financial supervision,the consumer protection has been subject to regulatory attention.The United States of America 's financial crisis emerged in the consumer financial protection aspect insufficiency,and as the major move to rescue the crisis -- Dodd Frank act is the core of the financial system in the protection of consumers.This article through the analysis of the United States of America 's financial regulatory reform related content,in contrast to the actual situation in our country,and put forward some suggestions,hoping to perfect China's financial supervision system of consumer protection system help.
