i promise that the matter will (be taken care of).我保证事情会得到妥善的处理 .这里,事情是被!处理,所以要用被动,will后面要跟动词原形 所以是will be taken……

后面为什么要有have succeeded?would后面怎么会加have?
这个是虚拟语气 if条件句对过去进行虚拟"如果他（过去）努力的话,他就会成功"

这个 remember后面有两种解法 借to do 记得做某事 接doing 记得做过某事 原句的意思是“他不记得他以前曾经见过他”所以用doing,不能换成to meet 、have后面用过去分词 have done

有if句子后面就有将来时，而前面的worked说明句子是过去时的，当然就用过去时的will，句子中he已经干完了这件事当然是用完成时，所以是will加have succeeded是将来完成时，have succeeded就是完成时，加上will就是将来完成时，合起来就是过去时的将来完成时。
having met 是过去进行时，只不过前面有助动词，所以过去进行时的构成was/were...

有if句子后面就有将来时，而前面的worked说明句子是过去时的，当然就用过去时的will，句子中he已经干完了这件事当然是用完成时，所以是will加have succeeded是将来完成时，have succeeded就是完成时，加上will就是将来完成时，合起来就是过去时的将来完成时。
having met 是过去进行时，只不过前面有助动词，所以过去进行时的构成was/were+动词的现代分词这个公式中在这个句子上用就不用be了，而没有be的过去时就只好把动词变成过去时，过去时没有现代分词，就把它前面的have变成了现代分词。
只能解释成这样了，这些东西在新概念二前40课都会学到。自己好好学吧！新概念真的很不错（本人也在学）！
