摘 要
当前,金融竞争日趋激烈,与西方主要国家的全能银行相比,我国商业银行在业务范围上存在较大差距,这在很大程度上制约了其竞争力.创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,也是商业银行的生命线,面对金融业全面开放后外资银行咄咄逼人的竞争态势,金融创新必然要成为我国商业银行改革与发展的现实选择.
本论文遵循理论分析、实证分析与对策研究的思路,通过借鉴国内外相关学术论文和专著以及与西方发达国家商业银行的对照,对我国商业银行的金融创新问题进行以下研究.①在对商业银行金融创新基本内涵进行界定的基础上,阐述其基本特征、表现形式,分析商业银行金融创新产生的动因、现状、发展趋势及其研究意义；论述金融创新对商业银行的影响.②分析我国商业银行在金融创新领域的现状和所存在的问题,得出与西方发达国家商业银行在该领域的差异所在,并结合当前全球金融危机的背景,探明我国商业银行金融创新的特色之路.③在政策研究部分,系统地提出从政策、体制、制度建设三个方面,从宏观、中观、微观三个角度,从政府、金融行业、商业银行三大层面应对金融创新问题的政策建议.
经过理论结合现实的分析,得出商业银行金融创新的正确发展方向以及规律,从而提出改进的方案,使我国的商业银行金融创新健康、快速、稳定的发展.
