有一种说法是原来是特殊疑问句的不改变语序,那与第一个句子也不符啊 ,还有就是,第一个句子为什么不是who was it,那也是陈述语序啊

宾语从句要用陈述语序（主语--谓语--宾语）,这是英语语法的要求.what is wrong with sb/what is the matter with sb 句型,也是符合这个要求的.在这两个句型中,主语都是what,谓语分别是is wrong 和 is the matter.它们既是疑问语序,也是陈述语序,只不过人们对它们的认识,厚前而薄后而已.
楼主，后一个句子也是陈述句语序，，，what引导的宾语从句what直接做句子的主语。。是句子的成分。。。
what is the matter和what's wrong 是个例外，放在宾语从句中不用倒装。。
