1.第一题是虚拟语气考点的一个特殊句型,意思是“早该做某事了”基本结构是 it is (high) time that sb.did sth.
it is (high) time that sb.should do sth
这个句型中的should不能省略.
此外还有个特殊句型虚拟,就是would rather +句子 用过去时是对现在的虚拟,用过去完成时时对过去的虚拟.
eg .i would rather you posted the letter now.
i would rather you had returned the book yesterday.
