这四个选项好像都不对,应该是be handed in 和 rings
后面一句话as soon as引导的是一个时间状语从句,适用主将从现的原则,主句虽然是情态动词,但表达的将来的动作,从句需要用一般现在时表示将来意义,the bell是单数,所以应该用rings,但没有此选项.
当铃响的时候，“响”只是一个正常现象，不存在时态上关系，而且用第三人称。
