一般来说两者不连用,只会选用其中一种.所以是both he and I 或 he as well as I.
both 表示的是双方,both he and I 的主语既不是“他”,也不是“我“,而是”他和我“两个人,所以谓语动词一定是用复数形式.
另外,如果是either 或neither,谓语动词根据最靠近它的主语来变化.
例如：Either he or I am going to travel.
Either he or she knows the answer.
Neither he or you are a student.（注意这里的are不是复数形式,而是第二人称形式）
不连用。
使用Both时，用and来连接。Both A and B are(动词复数)……。
as well as...相当于一个介词词组，单独使用。
