这个还是很简单的，没有什么发挥余地，呵呵，同意楼上的educy0211。
朴大人·欧巴翻译的也很好，只是不同意把saying翻成“名言”，因为觉得那就是一句话，不是名言……但是朴大人的增译（私人觉得）胜过educy0211，就是把“一个人”根据文中的意思翻成“一个普通人”，把结尾那句最后加上了“人”字。所以我觉得综合二者：
我曾经看到过一句话:
对于这个世界,你或许只是一个普通人,
但对于某个人,你也许就是他的整个世界,
我想告诉你:
你就是我的整个世界,
因为有你,我感觉我是这个世界上最幸福的人.
