如果是小学的：
Today I didn't go to school.I was ill.I called the phone to my teacher,and then I saw doctor with my mother.
In hospital,the doctor asked me some questions.
Next,he gave me a bottle of medicine and a cup of water.
He said I was fever,I must stay in bed for two days.
I should drink a lot of water.

Today,I felt my body get very uncomfortable and I felt shivered.I knew I should be sick,I had to call my teacher,please a half-day off and went to the hospital.
In hospital,the doctor gave me a detailed inspection,asked me some questions,then gave me a bottle of medicine and a cup of water to drink,and told me the medicine to eat twice a day.I thanked the doctor and went home.
I did not sleep well during the night as my body temperature was very high. When I got up in the morning, I knew I had fallen ill.

The very first thing that I needed to do was to contact my teacher so as to get permission to be off school for a day.
Having done that, my mother helped me to make an appointment to see a doctor.
On arriving at the clinic, I informed the receptionist of my name and appointment time, then mother and I sat down and waited for our turn to come.
According to the doctor, my illness was not serious, I was given a bottle of medicine, which I had to take three times a day after meals, with a glass of water.
