The long-term effects of changes in the hours people work and where they work could be the "adaptability" due to different working environments and working hours.As their bosses changed their working times and places,simultaneously,they are being trained to adapt and be used to that kind of working style.So that's the positive side of it,their adaptability are being trained.While on the other hand,the "effectiveness of their work" are also being affected if they are weak to adapt to the new environment and new working hours.
它的问题是,“员工换工作时间和工作地方的长期影响会是甚麼?”我各人觉得答案是第一,工作性质.第二,对於环境的适应能力.正面的长期影响当然是随著工作时间和地点的更换,员工可以同时学著如何去适应这个改变.而负面的影响是,对於那些适应能力比较底的员工,当然会影响他们的工作性质.因为工作时间和地方的更换,一直适应不来所以影响了该有的工作效率.
你应该从工作效率和性质,对於适应环境的能力（包括新同事等）这些相关方面来好好做解答.
strategic planning的意思是有战略性的计画.
“组织里的有效管理变换包括了哪些要素?”
你从这里可以好好地发挥你的商务头脑了.
这就是所谓的商务战略.
